Self-Guided Winter Tours
Day 1 - Arrive Anchorage.
Overnight in downtown Anchorage.
Day 2 - Anchorage to Seward
Tour south of Anchorage through Turnagain and Moose Pass to the Port of Seward. This afternoon enjoy the 2.5 hour Resurrection Bay Cruise. Visit the Alaska Sealife Center this evening. Overnight at the Harborview Inn Seward.
Day 3 - Seward to homer to Soldotna
Tour west on the Kenai Peninsula to the Port of Homer. Drive along the scenic bluffs above Cook Inlet and the coastal fishing villages. Homer is famous for its natural land spit that extends 5 miles into Kachemak Bay. Tour the spit and view the bald eagles in Homer. Tour back to Soldotna and the Kenai River. Overnight at the Alaska Sprucewood Lodge on the Kenai River.
Day 4 - Soldotna to Alyeska.
Tour back towards Anchorage to the town of Girdwood and the Alyeska Ski Resort. Take a tram ride to the top of Mt Alyeska for spectacular views of the Chugach Mountains and the Turnagain Arm. Overnight at the Alyeska Prince Hotel.
Day 5 - Alyeska to Talkeetna.
Tour north of Anchorage today to the historic miners and trappers town of Talkeetna. Talkeetna is famous for its spectacular views of Mt McKinley. This afternoon take a 1 hour flightseeing tour of Mt. McKinley. Overnight at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.
Day 6 - Talkeetna to Anchorage
This morning is free to explore Talkeetna. Return to Anchorage this afternoon and visit an Iditarod Dog Racing Mushers Kennel. Tour the kennel and take dog sled ride behind a team in training. Overnight in downtown Anchorage.
Day 7 - Depart for home.

Winter Cruises
Resurrection Bay Cruise – 2.5 hours
2.5 hours is all the time it takes aboard the new ViewFinder (approximately 50 miles round trip.) Relax in our fully heated cabin or feel the breeze outside with plenty of viewing space. Photograph the spectacular scenery, while you watch for whales, puffins, otters, sea lions, and more. It's a great trip for those who want to see a lot, and then move on to other fun adventures! $59 per person cruise only, departs Seward at 12:00 PM with Round-trip bus from Anchorage.
DOGSLEDDING
Beaver Lakes Dog Sled Ride - 1 hour sled across the moose meadows over frozen creeks and through wooded trails to within a snowball's throw of a beaver lodge. After a brief stop for hot chocalate, try your hand aat mushing the dogs! $60 adults, $45 per child
